Job Description:

Developer with focus on the application logic using C# and Visual Basic in ASP.NET environment.  Additional nice to have will be experience with TIRKS database.  Back ground with PHP/Python, JavaScript and Azure to perform software design, development, testing and implementation for engineering workflow automation is another plus.  This developer will support the develop of new applications as well as the maintenance of existing applications to ensure corporate compliance standards are implemented within the application as well as work on any enhancement need identified by the client.. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable code utilizing C# and Visual Basic in ASP.NET environment.
• Development experience with PHP/Python, JavaScript and Azure.
• Translate compliance need into application requirements and use cases into functional application code
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications is maintained.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs,and devise solutions to the development problems.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Provide concise documentation on all changes.
• Basic telecommunications (Mobility/Wireline/IP/Optical) experience
• Basic understand of networking and network provisioning.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications equipment installation

Education: A bachelor''s degree in computer programming, computer science, or information technology.

Target Skills:

• 10+years of experience with C# and Visual Basic
• 3+ years of experience as a PHP/Python  programmer/developer
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
• 2+ years automated workflow experience.
• 2+ years automated unit testing experience.
• 2+ data sanitization and abstraction.
• API creation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience of DevOps methodologies and tools
• Experience with working in an agile environment.
• Experience with automating processes that are executed manually in the current system.
• Experience with working in the Azure Cloud environment Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
