Location: Cupertino, California
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Engineer to support the assembly, testing, debugging, and deployment of robotic systems, including robotic arms and custom-built automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience troubleshooting robotics or hardware systems, understanding mechanical and electrical components, operating robotic arms, and executing debugging scripts. This role focuses on testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and deployment support rather than developing robotic solutions from scratch.
Candidates with a Master's or PhD degree and relevant hands-on robotics debugging experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, configure, and test robotic arms and other robotic automation systems.
- Debug hardware and software issues in robotic systems and deployed solutions.
- Operate robotic arms and understand their mechanical components, connections, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues involving power supplies, hardware connections, sensors, and related components.
- Perform quality assurance testing in development and deployment environments.
- Test robotic systems for movement, navigation, and point-to-point operations.
- Execute debugging scripts and assist with software-based troubleshooting.
- Identify root causes of system failures and coordinate corrective actions with robotics engineers.
- Support robotic system integration, deployment, and operational testing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assemble, validate, and maintain robotic solutions.
- Verify system functionality and ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
