Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and AI solutions. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models.

• Build scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.

• Develop Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and RAG based solutions.

• Implement model training, evaluation, tuning, and optimization.

• Develop data pipelines and prepare datasets for machine learning applications.

• Integrate AI/ML models with APIs and enterprise applications.

• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and business teams.

• Troubleshoot model and production issues and improve system performance.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related roles.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.

• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data processing.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise-scale AI applications.

• Knowledge of AI Agents and multi-agent systems.

• Experience with model monitoring, governance, and MLOps.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
