Strong handson experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD implementations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Ability to independently own modules and deliver endtoend solutions.
Certification CSA ( Mandatory ), CIS ITSM, HRSD ( Preferred)
