Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical/Functional Expert to join our Regulatory Reporting IT Team. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical development skills and deep functional expertise in regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, development, data analysis, and regulatory reporting implementation, particularly within liquidity and capital reporting frameworks such as FR 2052A and FRY-15.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions using Oracle PL/SQL
Design and build Oracle Data Warehouse and Data Mart solutions
Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and cursors
Perform code packaging, release management, and production deployments
Work within Unix environments for batch processing and automation

< data-start="1254" data-end="1290">Functional Responsibilities

Design and implement technology solutions for regulatory reporting
Lead and support implementation of FR 2052A (Liquidity Risk Reporting)
Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solution designs
Perform deep data analysis and validation of regulatory reports
Collaborate with business stakeholders and regulatory teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance
Analyze complex regulatory topics and provide clear functional summaries

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience as a Developer/Analyst in a Financial Institution
Strong domain expertise in Regulatory Reporting
Hands-on experience implementing FR 2052A
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and database development
Experience working with Oracle Data Warehouse/Data Marts
Ability to liaise effectively with both business users and technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Axiom Regulatory Reporting platform
Exposure to additional regulatory reports such as FRY-15
Experience working in highly regulated banking environments
