- You will serve as the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in support of programs managed by Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE).
- You will perform information systems security management functions including enterprise cybersecurity functions such as cyber security process development and leadership to Risk Management Framework Accreditations of networks and systems.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day security posture and continuous monitoring of information systems and ensuring information system security measures comply with applicable government policies.
- You will lead the execution of the Cybersecurity Campaign Plans to make NCTE enclaves and systems continuously cybersecurity inspection ready.
- You will provide cybersecurity technical evaluation of security risks, threats and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications and new technology initiatives.
- You will provide support in the security-based planning, implementation, and sustainment of new requirements.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 722 - InfoSec Manager, proficiency level Advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
applying Information Assurance (IA) policies to provide leadership and guidance, manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, oversee and execute Assessment and Authorization processes, and continuously monitor information security programs and incident responses within classified network environments to include demonstrated experience with cybersecurity tools (e.g. Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and various Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions).Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
