Job Description:
  • Candidate must have 7 to 10 years of experience for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and best practices.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery metrics.
  • Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Support release planning, roadmap execution, and dependency management.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure Agile governance, standards, and compliance are followed.
  • Assist in resource planning and capacity management.

Describe a great candidate that you are looking for and what skills and experience they will have:
  • 5 plus years of experience in Agile project delivery and Scrum facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What is the team environment and structure like?:
  • Team is divided into pods with each of the pod handling different projects.
  • The resource should be able make all the pods follow Agile methodologies and track deliverables.
  • Candidate will be helping with All pods project planning and deliverables.

Pay Range: $55 - 60/Hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
