Automation Technician – Molding/Assembly Machines
Location: Buffalo Grove or Libertyville, IL (Onsite)
We are hiring an experienced Automation Technician to support Injection Molding or Assembly Automation equipment in a high-volume Medical Device Manufacturing environment.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Automation Technician experience
- Injection Molding or Assembly Machine Automation
- Robot Programming & Troubleshooting (Fanuc, Sepro, Yushin, Wittmann)
- PLCs, HMIs, Industrial Sensors & Conveyors
- Electrical, Mechanical & Pneumatic Troubleshooting
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Ability to read Electrical & Mechanical Schematics
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing, FDA/GMP/ISO environments is a strong plus.
