Job Title: TIBCO EBX Developer
Locations: REMOTE
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled TIBCO EBX Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TIBCO EBX. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling, workflow configuration, and integration using EBX, with a solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX platform.
Configure EBX data models, workflows, user interfaces, and security rules.
Implement business rules, validation, and reference data management in EBX.
Integrate EBX with upstream/downstream systems using APIs and ETL tools.
Perform EBX upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across MDM solutions.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support to users and teams.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in TIBCO EBX development.
Strong hands-on experience with EBX data modeling, workflows, and UI configuration.
Proficient in Java, SQL, and XML
Experience with REST/SOAP web services.
Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles.
Understanding of MDM concepts and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in integrating EBX with tools like Informatica, Talend, or Kafka.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
EBX certification is a plus.
