The Program Manager will lead the delivery of all services under this program, ensuring high-quality performance and continuous service improvement. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the full lifecycle of services under the program, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual requirements and timelines.
- Work closely with diverse stakeholders and vendor partners to drive efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Serve as the primary on-site Point of Contact (POC) for all contractual and delivery-related escalations.
- Monitor contractor performance and implement strategies to ensure effective service execution and accountability.
- Leverage industry leading practices to help the organization implement infrastructure improvements, drawing from experience with commercial-grade entities.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proven track record in program-level oversight, specifically managing large-scale federal/commercial contracts.
- Direct experience in infrastructure-related operations support and technical service delivery.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience helping organizations adopt leading industry practices and modern infrastructure frameworks.
