Job Overview:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
  • The Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams.
  • This role involves driving program strategy, prioritization, execution, and stakeholder alignment to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • The candidate will work closely with leadership, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes and continuous improvement.
Experience:
  • 7 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in software or technology environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams with both business and technical resources.
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Facilitate intake and prioritization of new initiatives and enhancement requests.
  • Support impact assessment, estimation, and feasibility analysis of projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to define program roadmaps, resource requirements, and dependencies.
  • Lead end-to-end program management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Establish program governance, meeting cadence, and key artifacts.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present program status reports and executive-level communications.
  • Coordinate release activities, post-release support, and program closure.
  • Measure adoption and impact of delivered solutions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Should Have:
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or CSM.
  • Experience in customer experience environments with web, voice, or messaging platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with senior leadership.
