Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect - Integration Senior Manager to build and support backend integrations within an Amazon environment. This role will focus on developing AWS Lambda functions and integrations connecting Amazon Connect contact flows with existing and legacy REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test AWS Lambda functions using Python or Node.js.
- Design and implement backend and API integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise systems.
- Integrate Amazon Connect contact flows with legacy and REST APIs.
- Build integrations for:
- Employee authentication and lookup
- System configuration and health checks
- Broadcast flags and schedule/rotation information
- Jump seat verification and cancellation
- Contact Lens recording configuration, employee ID tagging, and multi-leg call linking
- Perform end-to-end integration testing, API validation, troubleshooting, and phased cutover support.
- Develop secure and scalable serverless integration patterns using Lambda and API Gateway.
