Role : Operations Associate - FIS AddVantage
Location : Phoenixville, PA (Hybrid)
Type : Contract / Contract to Hire
Need candidate to work onsite from Day 1 (Hybrid Basis)
Job Description:
The Operations Associate supporting wealth management on the FIS AddVantage platform is responsible for executing and managing day-to-day operational processes across the client and investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Includes handling client onboarding, transaction processing, portfolio accounting, trust accounting and maintaining accurate client and account records within the FIS Add Vantage platform
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of client data, reconciling data, securities transactions, resolving client or advisor queries, and supporting compliance with regulatory process requirements.
- Leveraging Add Vantage’s platform capabilities, the associate provides customer servicing, supports advisors, and contributes to improving client and advisor experience
- Perform daily tasks as per Standard Operating processes.
- Monitor and report, Investigate and resolve issues
- Collaborate with front office and other team members as required.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and system upgrades. Perform User Testing, Operations Health checks, etc. Assist with new client onboarding or transfer from another system
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in wealth management
- 3+ years of experience on the FIS AddVantage platform
- 2 or 3 of the above functions across the wealth management value chain combined with FIS Product knowledge e.g. KYC , Onboarding + FIS AddVantage, Trade settlement & Reconciliation + FIS AddVantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Industry experience in wealth management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process consulting, platform migration skills
