Significant experience with software implementation projects, especially Oracle ERP experience and Oracle ERP migration experience
Some experience with infrastructure
Technical interest and aptitude
Experience with waterfall project methodology
Budget development and management experience
Great communication skills, executive presence critical
Ability to bridge the IT/Business speak gap and build great relationships with business stakeholders
