Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager / Solutions Delivery Coordinator leads complex infrastructure initiatives, including large-scale data center exit, migration, and decommissioning projects. This role coordinates multi-phase activities across engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery while managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and operational impacts. The position also supports broader network infrastructure and technology delivery initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex, multi-phase data center exit, decommissioning, migration, and infrastructure delivery activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate engineering, implementation, cabling, logistics, and operations teams supporting equipment migration, removal, and site decommissioning.
  • Manage activities across internal resources, contractors, vendors, and other project partners.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, impact assessments, risk registers, dependency trackers, and related project documentation.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and potential operational impacts and coordinate mitigation strategies with project teams.
  • Maintain documentation related to decommissioning activities, inventory, implementation plans, and change management.
  • Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to coordinate change requests and implementation readiness.
  • Support adherence to established change management and project governance processes.
  • Provide project status updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Extensive project or service delivery management experience with responsibility for end-to-end project outcomes.
  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure initiatives, including migrations, closures, decommissioning, or similar complex technology projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies.
  • Working knowledge of structured cabling, data center infrastructure, and network topology.
  • General understanding of networking technologies and infrastructure service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • Strong vendor management and third-party coordination skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project and technical deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to drive projects through completion.
  • Effective time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams and support occasional off-hours or weekend activities as required.
  • Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently manage multiple priorities.

Publishing Pay Range: $48.00 - $50.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
