We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow and deepen. This role is less “traditional AE” and more high-touch growth: you’ll bring on great recruiters and boutique agencies, and help them become power users who consistently deliver outcomes on the platform.

Recruiters are a uniquely exciting user base: they’re operators, they understand the economics quickly, and when you build trust, expansion happens naturally. This role sits at the center of that—part partner acquisition, part relationship management, part market-shaping. You’ll help define what “great” looks like for recruiter partners and build the playbook that scales Paraform’s supply to thousands of top-tier recruiters.

What you’ll do:

• Own recruiter partnerships end-to-end: identify great recruiter partners, earn their trust, onboard them thoughtfully, and grow long-term engagement.

• Manage a portfolio of top partners: help recruiters win on Paraform and keep them excited to return.

• Qualify and curate supply: build strong judgment for who belongs on Paraform and maintain a high bar as the ecosystem scales.

• Build and refine outbound systems that consistently generate pipeline.

• Spin up supply as demand emerges: when a new role hits the platform, you’ll help ensure the right recruiters are engaged and ready to run it.

What we look for

• 2–8 years of experience in growth at a fast-moving startup

• Strong relationship-building instincts — you’re credible, responsive, and good at building trust with sharp operators.

• Growth mindset over quota mindset: you can sell, but you’re motivated by building durable partnerships, not just closing transactions.

• Proven ability to run outbound + build pipeline, while also being thoughtful about who you bring in and why.

• Consistent track record of top performance (quota-crusher, President’s Club, fast promotions, etc.)

• Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can test, learn, iterate, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook.

Bonus: experience in marketplaces (e.g., DoorDash, Shopify)
