Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer and Information Systems Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT governance, risk, compliance, and control assessment initiatives across enterprise technology environments.
- Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls testing, evaluate control effectiveness, and document audit-ready evidence and findings.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, audit, legal, and business teams to identify risks, manage remediation efforts, and improve control processes.
- Monitor compliance with industry frameworks, support technology risk assessments, and provide reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT Risk Management, Internal IT Audit, or IT Controls with expertise in ITtesting, compliance, and enterprise risk management.

Technical Skills
|
IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), IT Audit, Risk Management, SOX Compliance, Control Testing
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit, Information Security Compliance, Risk Assessment, Issue Management, Regulatory Compliance
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
|
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI governance or AI risk management frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or equivalent.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
