SAP Responsible Design & Production (RDP) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Responsible Design & Production (RDP) Consultant to support sustainability, compliance, and product lifecycle initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP RDP, along with strong exposure to product and packaging data management, regulatory compliance, and integration with core SAP systems.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders across sustainability, supply chain, and IT teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation of SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP) solutions
• Configure and manage product and packaging compliance data within SAP systems
• Ensure compliance with EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), plastic tax, and global sustainability regulations
• Integrate RDP with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support data modeling, validation, and reporting for sustainability metrics
• Work with cross-functional teams including supply chain, procurement, and product management
• Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP, with hands-on SAP RDP experience
• Strong understanding of Responsible Design & Production processes
• Experience with Product & Packaging Data Management
• Knowledge of sustainability regulations (EPR, recycling compliance, plastic tax)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience integrating with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
