Job Title: Frontend Lead Developer (Angular)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer to architect, develop, and scale a cross-platform web and mobile application deployed on iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ionic + Angular, strong Node.js integration experience, and hands-on experience operating in an AWS-native cloud environment.

This role will lead the frontend architecture, ensure high-quality mobile application delivery, and establish scalable CI/CD and containerization practices. The candidate will also oversee deployment pipelines, mobile store compliance, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Architecture & Development

• Architect, design, and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Ionic and Angular.

• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend systems.

• Collaborate with backend teams integrating Node.js APIs and microservices.

• Lead frontend development standards, architecture decisions, and technical roadmaps.

• Ensure best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security.

Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)

• Design and implement cloud-native architecture within AWS.

• Manage container images and deployment pipelines using AWS ECR.

• Utilize Amazon S3 for asset storage and content delivery.

• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.

Containerization & Deployment

• Implement Docker containerization for frontend and supporting services.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments.

• Ensure reliable release processes across staging and production environments.

Mobile Platform Delivery

• Oversee iOS and Android build pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Ensure App Store and Google Play compliance and release readiness.

• Manage versioning, release cycles, and deployment coordination.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor frontend developers.

• Drive technical design discussions and code reviews.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of frontend development experience.

• Strong expertise in Ionic Framework and Angular.

• Solid experience integrating with Node.js-based APIs.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (especially ECR, S3, and cloud-native architecture).

• Strong experience with Docker containerization.

• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience delivering cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.

• Understanding of mobile performance optimization and store compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and automation.

• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native applications.

• Prior experience leading development teams.
