Job Description:
An Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Functional Lead drives the
end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle s reconciliation
solutions. They act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical
teams, designing automated reconciliation workflows, managing data integration, and
ensuring audit compliance within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Leadership: Lead full-lifecycle ARCS projects, from discovery
workshops to go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure ARCS modules, including
- reconciliation profiles, formats, risk ratings, and automated workflows.
- Transaction Matching: Implement and optimize Transaction Matching use
cases for high-volume bank, intercompany, and payment accounts.
- Data Integration: Architect data flows between ARCS and source systems (e.g.,
Oracle Fusion GL, ERP Cloud) using Data Management or FDMEE.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Finance/Controllership teams to map
existing reconciliation processes to best-practice automation, ensuring audit
readiness and SOX compliance.
- Testing & Documentation: Lead system integration testing (SIT) and user
acceptance testing (UAT), creating functional design documents and training
materials.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud/ARCS, often
requiring at least 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations.
Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, general
ledger, and period-end close.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPM Data Integration, SQL (preferred), and
Oracle Cloud ERP functionality.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
