#### Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud as a functional specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of both technical and functional aspects, including configuration, implementation, or post-production support.
- Strong focus on the Core HR and Talent Management modules. Additional Oracle HCM module experience a plus.
#### Desired Skills:
- Experience in Oracle BI reporting and analytics.
- Capability in designing and configuring business process workflows.
#### Primary Duties:
- Collaborate with business users to deliver enhancement projects in a live Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
- Analyze and resolve issues, as well as implement improvements and new configurations to existing Core HR and Talent solutions.
#### Expected Outcomes:
- Successful rollout of enhancements including process configurations, workflow improvements, data integrations, and report development.
