Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Hyperion applications, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

The primary focus of this role is Hyperion. Experience integrating Hyperion with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically Oracle Projects and project financial data, is highly desirable.

The consultant will help address existing Hyperion integration challenges, support financial planning and reporting processes, and collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data flows between enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Hyperion applications based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot Hyperion application issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain interfaces between Hyperion and other enterprise applications.
• Support integration between Hyperion and Oracle EBS, preferably involving Oracle Projects, Project Costing, or project financial data.
• Analyze data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation issues across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with finance, project accounting, functional, and technical teams to identify and resolve integration challenges.
• Document integration designs, configurations, technical specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Recommend improvements to integration reliability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion applications.
• Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Hyperion solutions.
• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes relevant to the Hyperion product in use.
• Experience working with application interfaces, data integration, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve complex application issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Hyperion with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Specific experience integrating Hyperion with Oracle Projects, Project Costing, Project Accounting, or project financial data.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving existing integration issues.
• Familiarity with data-loading and integration tools relevant to the Hyperion application being used.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial systems in a production environment.
