Description Role Overview
You will analyze non-IT business problems, develop requirements, prepare ROI evaluations, and document current vs. future state processes. In addition, you will manage data extraction, validation, testing, reporting, and dashboard development to support decision-making and data quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and define improvement requirements
- Prepare ROI and financial payback documentation
- Document current/desired state workflows and recommend solutions
- Manage full data lifecycle: extraction ? validation ? testing ? analysis
- Build dashboards and reports to support SAP transition and business insights
- Ensure data accuracy and work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
Requirements Top Skills Needed
- Strong business analysis and process documentation experience
- Experience preparing ROI or financial justifications
- Hands-on data extraction, validation, and reporting
- Dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
