Sem-Sol is seeking an innovative Senior Electrical Engineer who can generate challenging, interesting, and dynamic solutions that take a project from conception to completion while remaining on-time and within budget. Our ideal candidate must possess the combination of expertise and character to:

Duties will include:
- Support the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs.
- Perform and document analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
- Support system components' designs/proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentation.
- Perform initial and ongoing design reviews.
- Deliver documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errors.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of projects.
Requirement Qualifications:
- Master s degree in electrical engineering
- 7+ years project management experience
- 10+ years experience in an engineering leadership role
Desired Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- Pulse Power experience, specifically in high powered microwave compact systems
