Job Description:
Focuses on advanced reporting and analytics in Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Mentoring & Leadership:

• Led a reporting center of excellence initiative that standardized report templates.
• Mentored analysts on calculated fields and composite reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partnered with HR and Finance for reporting requirements.
• Worked with IT and BI teams for data visualization.

Mentoring Impact Metrics:

• Standardized 80% of recurring reports across HR and Finance.
• Reduced report development time by 30%.

Collaboration Tools Used:

• Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Power BI, Teams, Excel, Jira
