Senior Full Stack Engineer

• We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications.
• This role focuses on building GenAI and RAG-based solutions, developing full stack applications, and supporting cloud-native deployments.
• The ideal candidate will contribute to architecture, development, and optimization of intelligent systems while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval frameworks.
• Build scalable GenAI microservices integrating large language models.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize models for enterprise use cases.
• Develop document ingestion pipelines with chunking, embeddings, and metadata extraction.
• Build evaluation frameworks for prompt engineering, grounding, and response consistency.
• Optimize latency, token usage, and retrieval accuracy for production environments.
• Design and develop scalable, secure web applications across frontend and backend.
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using modern programming languages.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines ensuring availability, reliability, and observability.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.
• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Extensive experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in GenAI including LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend development technologies.
• Strong understanding of API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Proven experience working with AI-driven applications and modern architectures.
• Experience designing scalable and distributed systems.

Should Have:

• Experience with model fine-tuning or optimization techniques.
• Experience building AI copilots, chatbots, or autonomous agents.
• Exposure to enterprise search and retrieval systems.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Skills:

• Programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• REST and GraphQL API development.
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in cloud services and container technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
