Order-to-Cash process knowledge

Ability to identify and resolve process gaps
Role Overview
The Business Process Specialist will serve as the governance authority for supply chain and operational functions. They will ensure that business process designs are understood and executed consistently across global teams. This role involves defining and maintaining future-state business process standards in alignment with SAP S/4HANA and the client's operational strategy. The specialist will collaborate with functional leads and site teams to validate process designs and address real-world execution requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary business process resource across Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance workstreams.
Define, document, and maintain business process standards.
Partner with functional leads to validate process designs.
Identify process gaps and escalate issues.
Ensure consistent adoption of business process designs.
Collaborate with global teams to drive ERP Transformation.
