Performance Expectations:
Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves) At least 5 years of Experience
Experience with good knowledge in Contact Center, IVR and Java/J2EE technologies.
Conversational UX Design : DialogFlow CX - Intent based dialogue design
NLU/NLP experience : Google NLP/Vertex AI - Intent and entity modelling
Conversational flow design : Experience in Figma/Miro
