What You Will Be Doing
As the Database Administrator you will be the liaison between Windchill end users and Windchill IT, to work on Windchill enhancements, end user support, testing, reporting, and supporting 1LMX related activities. You'll partner with engineers, program managers, and customers to ensure data is reliable, secure, and readily available across development, test, staging, and production systems. You will also participate in 1LMX initiatives which impact the Windchill dPLM system and business processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Windchill end user support, communications, and training
Lead multi-function working groups, facilitate dPLM Change Control Board (CCB) reviews, and prioritize change requests
Support 1LMX efforts that impact Windchill dPLM
Conduct user acceptance testing, ad hoc queries, and data mining activities to support decision making
Plan and execute upgrades, backups, recovery strategies, and testing throughout environment transitions (dev test stage prod).
Document policies, procedures, and standards for database management and transaction monitoring
Develop creative solutions to improve Windchill's functionality
Create and manage user accounts, assign appropriate access, and enforce security and integrity controls

Basic Qualifications
Windchill PDMLink experience or similar PLM application experience
Ability to interact with end users of all disciplines and provide accurate customer service and training
Configuration Management Experience
Engineering change process experience
Knowledge of Windchill Query Builder or Structure Query Language (SQL)
Web page development using authoring tools
Ability to recognize and research Windchill capabilities and invent processes to improve current inefficient processes
Ability to Collaborate with end users and leadership on company process updates and interaction with a PLM system
Excellent verbal and written communication stills.

Knowledge of Windchill Templates
Knowledge of Windchill Projects
Knowledge of Windchill Packaging - TDP and GSC packages
Windchill MPMLink
CAD Model integration - ECAD (Mentor and Cadence) and MCAD (Creo) specifically
Web Based Hosting in WordPress - and multiple plug ins, especially for training
Proficient in Excel with the ability to interpret data sets, perform advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing
Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
Ability to design, implement, and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL code for large relational systems.
Ability to develop, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports and user interface elements to meet stakeholder requirements

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
