Description:

Roles & Responsibilities (MDM/Admin)

  • Infrastructure Support: Handling IBM tools such as InfoSphere Information Server (IIS), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), MDM, BPM, and DB2 to maintain environment stability.
  • System Administration: Managing user IDs, passwords, file systems, and Logical Volume Management (LVM), specifically for AIX systems.
  • Data Quality & Management: Performing data profiling, cleansing, and defining match/merge rules to ensure data integrity.
  • Support Services: Providing "business as usual" (BAU) operational support, help desk services, and user training.
  • Migration & Transformation: Leading migration efforts, including moving MDM systems to Cloud (e.g., IDMC), troubleshooting MDM data models, and optimizing hub servers.
