Summary:Support a global LabVantage LIMS implementation by ensuring accurate migration, verification, and approval of laboratory data from legacy systems. This role focuses on GMP-compliant data review, discrepancy resolution, and documentation to ensure data readiness for system go-live.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform source-to-target data comparison and discrepancy logging for migrated laboratory data
- Review and approve data migration packets in compliance with GMP and site SOPs
- Maintain data review trackers and escalate unresolved discrepancies
- Collaborate with QA, QC, IT, and document control teams to ensure data integrity
- Support stability reconciliation, user role mapping, and document control workflows
- Approved data comparison and migration documentation
- Discrepancy logs and exception reports
- GMP-compliant data review and approval records
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in GMP Quality Assurance or regulated data review
- Data Verification in a LIMS environment
- Clinical background for understanding data
- Hands-on experience with data migration, verification, and discrepancy resolution
- Strong knowledge of document control and inspection-ready practices
- Experience with enterprise quality systems (e.g., OneQMS, ALM, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting LabVantage
- Familiarity with stability data reconciliation and sample management
- Experience in multi-site or global pharmaceutical environments
