Summary

Job Description:

  • 8+ years of experience in software delivery, release, or program management, including 3+ years as an RTE or Release Lead.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum at scale, SAFe practices, sprint planning, release planning, and Scrum of Scrums.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow delivery, including SPM, update sets, environment promotion, ATF, ITSM change/release management, and platform upgrades.
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies, release calendars, capacity planning, scope, risks, and release readiness.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC governance, SIT/UAT, go/no-go decisions, deployment planning, rollback, and post-release validation.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM, and delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and release success.
  • Experience working with distributed India teams and managing senior stakeholders in regulated enterprise environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, escalation management, and continuous improvement skills.
