Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join its Technology Infrastructure Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting cloud transformation initiatives, advancing DevOps best practices, and helping lead the organization's migration from MuleSoft to Azure API Management (APIM).
This position will partner closely with infrastructure, development, and business teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud solutions while ensuring the reliability and performance of customer-facing applications and enterprise platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Azure DevOps professional who enjoys owning the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operational support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Support the migration of APIs from MuleSoft to Azure API Management (APIM).
Build, deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-based applications and services within Azure.
Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and deployment processes.
Implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for cloud and application environments.
Support customer-facing digital platforms, eCommerce applications, and enterprise integrations.
Participate in cross-training initiatives and help drive DevOps standardization across teams.
Participate in scheduled after-hours deployments and production support activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience migrating APIs from MuleSoft to Azure.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as:
Terraform
Bicep
ARM Templates
Azure CLI
Experience supporting high-availability, customer-facing applications.
Kubernetes experience.
Experience with Azure Function Apps.
Previous experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.
Salesforce deployment experience.
Copado experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
