Summary

Key Responsibilities

Technical Coaching & Consulting

Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions for developers using an on-demand model.
Lead intensive, short-term application ramp-ups (2 3-week engagements) for specific scrum or application teams to accelerate AI integration.
Evaluate current developer usage patterns to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in AI-assisted workflows.

GenAI Best Practices & Instruction

Teach and evangelize best practices for core AI primitives, including:

Prompt Engineering: Crafting and refining inputs for optimal model output.
Copilot Optimization: Advanced usage and configuration of AI coding assistants.
Context Management: Effective repository management to improve AI context windows.
Agent Troubleshooting: Debugging incorrect or failed autonomous agent behaviors.
Custom Agents: Instructions on managing, maintaining, or extending custom AI agents.

Community & Feedback Loop

Actively participate in community events, hosted office hours, and expert appointments.
Collaborate with the Level Up team to provide critical feedback on common developer challenges and adoption patterns.
Identify areas requiring refined guidance or updated documentation to improve the overall developer experience.
