Job Description


We are seeking a Program Manager III to lead non-IT programs across engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollouts, and other enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program planning, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery governance and a proven ability to execute complex roadmaps, manage risk, and deliver outcomes on scope, schedule, and budget.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate projects with detailed plans, milestones, and resource alignment, and direct the integration of technical activities.

  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Recruit, assign, and direct team members, evaluate performance, and oversee development to maintain staff competence.

  • Analyze technology options, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and recommend approaches.

  • Confer with management, production, and marketing to define specifications, scope, and procedures.

  • Review and recommend or approve contracts, budgets, and cost estimates.

  • Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes through formal change control.

  • Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare and finalize project specifications and success criteria.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time across concurrent projects.

  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, cost management, and techniques to optimize manufacturing and distribution.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.


Preferred Skills:



  • PMI or PMP certification.

  • Experience leading cross-functional programs in manufacturing or product development environments.
