Job Title: Senior Change Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change initiatives, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation programs and helping organizations successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and business strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Organizational Development
    • Communications
    • Public Administration
    • Human Resources
    • Or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing:
    • Organizational Change Management (OCM)
    • Strategic Communications
    • Leadership Consulting Services
  • Minimum 3 years leading complex organizational change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience developing and executing change management strategies, communication plans, training plans, and adoption metrics

Required Certification

Must possess one of the following recognized Change Management certifications:

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Equivalent Change Management Certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses
  • Create and implement communication and engagement plans
  • Develop training and readiness programs
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and executive communications
  • Measure adoption, readiness, and organizational effectiveness
  • Support large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives
