Summary

Senior Java/JEE Developer
Richmond, VA (Onsite required 2 days per week)
06+ Months contract with possible extension

Need local candidates only 

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years Java development (J2EE, EJB, JSF)
- 10+ years Spring and Spring Boot
- 10+ years Oracle SQL scripting
- 10+ years experience on WebSphere Application Server or equivalent
- 8+ years using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- 5+ years Python programming
- Proven experience building microservices and REST APIs, ensuring secure and scalable solutions

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native patterns
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards
- Knowledge of automation tooling for continuous integration/deployment
