AI Business Analyst/Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst/Consultant to support a growing portfolio of artificial intelligence initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams to turn high-value ideas into practical AI solutions using Microsoft-based tools and platforms. The role is well suited for someone who can bridge business needs and technical delivery while helping bring scalable, production-ready solutions to life.

Responsibilities:

Engage with business partners to uncover operational needs, clarify objectives, and define solution requirements for AI-focused initiatives.

Convert business challenges into practical concepts, prototypes, and implementation plans that align with organizational goals.

Create, test, and launch AI-enabled tools, automated workflows, prompts, and agent-based solutions in a Microsoft-centered environment.

Use Microsoft Copilot capabilities and related technologies to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and support day-to-day business processes.

Work alongside internal AI specialists and cross-functional teams to strengthen designs, prepare solutions for production, and coordinate successful releases.

Guide end users through adoption by providing training, usage support, and clear communication around new tools and processes.

Manage assigned work with a high degree of independence, moving initiatives from early discovery through deployment and follow-up.

Contribute to the evaluation and prioritization of a large pipeline of AI opportunities to help advance multiple initiatives each quarter.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience, including work related to business analysis, AI solution delivery, or technology consulting.
Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven solutions in production rather than limiting work to proof-of-concept efforts.
Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, prompt design, AI agents, or comparable artificial intelligence platforms.
Strong ability to gather business requirements, map current processes, and translate findings into effective technical solutions.
Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and broader Microsoft 365 tools used in enterprise workflow environments.
Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and deliver results with minimal oversight.
