Job Description:

The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) team is seeking an AI InfraOps Associate Manager to support the AI Factory, an enterprise Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) platform.

What you?ll be doing:
As the AI InfraOps Associate Manager, you will be embedded in the AI Factory team working alongside AI systems engineers, hardware engineers, MLOps platform engineers, software engineers, and product managers. You will focus on the stability and reliability of AI/ML computing resources, orchestration, automation, and services. Additionally, you will contribute to a broad range of projects across the enterprise to increase machine learning availability and value to Lockheed Martin.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
? Leading and growing a team of AI Factory engineers to set priorities and execute work within the team vision
? Collaborating with a diverse team to drive innovation and growth
? Developing and implementing strategies to drive team performance and achieve business objectives
? Fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team

This position is virtual/full time telecommuting with travel as required.

Qualifications:

? 5+ years of experience in technical leadership
? 1+ years of management experience: Demonstrated management experience in managing high-performing teams, with a focus on AI engineering, software development, or a related field
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
