Location: Dublin, CA

Our Medical Device client is looking for a Program Manager to lead an innovation program through the full product lifecycle, from development and regulatory execution through launch readiness and commercialization.
This individual will serve as the central program leader responsible for driving alignment, accountability, planning, risk management, governance, and execution across a cross-functional global organization. The role requires a strong leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring that technical decisions, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and commercialization plans remain aligned throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in Program Management, Product Development, or Engineering Leadership.
Proven experience leading complex medical device, digital health, connected device, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) program.
Demonstrated experience delivering products from development through regulatory approval, launch, and commercialization. End-to-End Program Leadership
Strong understanding of medical device product development processes, design controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and highly ambiguous environments.
