Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Manage project resources and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle stakeholder communication and expectations.
• Maintain project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure project quality and compliance with business requirements.
• Follow Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
