Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and large-scale data processing. The candidate will lead end-to-end model development, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and deployment of advanced ML models (classification, regression, clustering, time-series forecasting).
Design scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
Build and optimize deep learning and predictive models.
Perform statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
Work with structured and unstructured data (transactional, behavioral, text).
Deploy production-grade ML models using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to define analytical strategies.
Ensure model governance, documentation, and compliance (especially in BFSI domain).
Mentor junior data scientists and review model performance.
Required Skills:
Strong programming expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Advanced SQL and database optimization skills
Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and ML algorithms
Experience in model deployment using Docker/Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
