Epic Analyst (Cadence/Grand Central) - Contract-to-Hire OpportunityOur client is looking for a talented
Epic Analyst/Builder who's ready to dive into hands-on build, streamline workflows, and partner closely with operational teams. Top Skills We're Looking ForEpic Cadence Certified (required)- Skilled in scheduling build
- Comfortable configuring templates, visit types, rules, and logic
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for scheduling issues and provider templates
Epic Grand Central Certified (required)- Deep knowledge of patient movement workflows
- Experience tuning ADT rules and department structures
- Ability to diagnose and resolve registration or coverage-related errors
5+ Years of Epic Build Experience- Strong operational build/configuration experience
- Experience with department updates, provider builds, rules, and coverage requirements
- Knowledge of referral routing and scheduling logic
Revenue Cycle / Patient Access Knowledge- Understands how front-end workflows affect billing
- Able to spot downstream impacts and prevent issues before they hit the revenue cycle
What You'll DoAs the go-to Epic Analyst, you'll support and enhance workflows across
Cadence (scheduling) and Grand Central. You'll partner with clinical and operational teams to make daily processes smoother and more efficient.
Your Impact Includes:- Building and optimizing templates, rules, routing, and coverage logic
- Leading changes for departments, providers, schedules, and referrals
- Collaborating with the Epic team on major configuration needs
- Improving referral workflows (routing, authorization rules, scheduling logic)
- Troubleshooting key areas:
- RTE issues
- Registration errors
- Scheduling failures
- Coverage alerts
- Supporting system testing, upgrades, go-lives, and new clinic launches
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Grand Central (ADT) and Epic Cadence
- Solid understanding of patient access workflows and revenue cycle impact
- Ability to build and troubleshoot:
- Provider/department structures
- Templates and scheduling rules
- Coverage workflows
- Referral routing logic
- Epic certification in Cadence and Grand Central (required or highly preferred)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
