Summary

Lead Technician - Imaging & Hardware Deployment

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Lead Technicians to support a large-scale imaging and hardware rollout for a major client. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee deployment activities and ensure successful execution of device staging, imaging, and asset management in a fast-paced field environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute imaging and hardware deployment projects from start to finish
  • Perform device imaging using MDT, MECM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), or similar tools
  • Oversee full hardware lifecycle processes including:
    • Staging and configuration
    • Asset tagging and labeling
    • Device swaps and deployments
    • Documentation and tracking
  • Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow, including:
    • Ticket updates
    • Asset IDs
    • Site details
    • Actions taken and outcomes
  • Troubleshoot hardware, desktop, and basic network issues on-site
  • Work closely with a Command & Control Center for dispatch and escalation support
  • Operate independently during high-pressure environments such as conversion weekends and stabilization periods

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience with MDT, MECM, or similar imaging tools
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in hardware deployments and asset management
  • Strong understanding of asset inventory and inventory management processes
  • Experience using ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes project environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
