Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect
Sacramento, CA - 5 Days onsite.
Position Summary
The Technical Lead is responsible for owning technical solution design, development leadership, and integration strategy across enterprise-scale systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, leadership of development teams, and delivery of high-availability, multi-tier solutions supporting large user populations and substantial data volumes. The successful candidate will lead solution design, oversee implementation activities, drive integration strategies, and ensure alignment with business and technical objectives while maintaining system scalability, performance, and reliability.
4 years as a Technical Lead or Architect, directly responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrated IT solutions. Those solutions must have had all four of the following:
- 5,000 or more users, counting internal and external users combined
- 5 million or more data records
- Multi-tier (n-tier) architecture
- High-availability environments, such as clustering or load balancing
At least 3 of those 4 years must include leading a team of 5 or more FTEs.
3 years as a Salesforce Application Developer, using at least 3 of the following:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL
- SOSL
- RESTful API development/integration
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
Bachelor's degree. Without a degree, the candidate must have 7 total years of Salesforce developer experience.
Master's degree, or 2 additional years of Salesforce developer experience if the candidate has a bachelor's degree.
ITIL Certification.
Active Salesforce Certifications, including one or more of the following:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Platform Data Architect
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer II
- System Architect
- Application Architect
- Business Analyst
- Platform Integration Architect
