INTERVIEW PROCESS - First round will include a Java algorithm coding assessment along with technical questions around JVM internals, profiling, and performance optimization. On-site interview is required still for second round**MUST HAVE**
The team is looking for a strong Java engineer who has actually done the performance optimization work, not someone who identified bottlenecks and made recommendations to developers. Think JVM tuning, optimization, profiling, threading, code optimization, and architecture improvements.
They can train someone on the performance testing side, but they need someone who has been hands on implementing the enhancements.
