JD:

Strong handson experience with Xpertdoc Template Builder and Smart Flows.
Expertise in XML, JSON, XPath, and complex datamapping structures.
Proficient in SQL (queries, stored procedures, data extraction for document generation).
Experience integrating Xpertdoc with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise services.
Solid understanding of CCM platforms, multichannel document generation, and workflow automation.
Skilled in troubleshooting template logic, dynamic content rules, conditional formatting, and layout issues.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar CRM/lineofbusiness systems.
Familiarity with Azure cloud, API gateways, CI/CD, environments, and deployment orchestration.
Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, VBA) for custom logic and automation.
Exposure to other CCM tools (OpenText Exstream, SmartCOMM, Quadient)
