Interview Process: 60-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (video required). This will be followed by an in-person interview for the 2nd round
Ongoing long-term contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs
Hybrid Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable)
o Required onsite days- Wednesdays and Thursdays
o Remote eligible days- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- 5+ years of experience gathering and analysing business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing aligned with organizational goals
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 2-3 Salesforce certifications required (new requirement)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development
Preferred:
o Salesforce Architect certification (new requirement)
o Experience working on enterprise-level implementations
o Database-related certifications
