Summary

PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a
Journeyman- to Senior-Level Scheduler with comprehensive knowledge of DoD/Navy business processes and project management experience to support our customer located in
St. Inigoes, MD .

Essential Job Functions:

Provide journeyman to senior-level level program/project analysis and management support within the NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control Systems Division. Duties and Responsibilities include:

o Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

o Analyze requirements and coordinate project schedules.

o Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems acquisition and product programs.

o Tracks program/project status and schedules.

o Lead and execute schedule planning, developing, updating, and analyzing of integrated master schedules for designated projects.

o Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, data management, and metrics.

Required Qualifications


  • Three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience developing/maintaining project schedules.

  • Advanced level knowledge of project scheduling using the MS Project Scheduling tool.

  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in coordinating project schedules.

  • Intermediate level of familiarization with DoD project management lifecycle, Naval Aviation platforms, systems engineering, and H/W & S/W development.

  • MS Office Suite proficiency, specifically MS Project.

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.



Education / Training Requirements & Certifications:


  • Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering or an engineering discipline; technical discipline; business or a business discipline, or computer science or IT discipline.

  • DAU Level II Certification or equivalent - Program Management or Business

  • PMI-SP, Microsoft Scheduling Certificate or PMP, preferred.

  • Earned Value Management training and/or experience, preferred.

  • Project Server Certification or experience, preferred.

  • Project Management Office (PMO) experience, preferred.
