Enterprise Mobility & ITAM Systems Engineer
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite, 5 days/week)
About the Role
This is a newly created role designed to scale IT operations, reduce risk, and support our company’s rapid growth. You will serve as a technical leader, supporting enterprise clients across IT Asset Management (ITAM) and endpoint mobility. While this role has no direct reports today, you will work closely with technical teams, mentor junior staff, and directly manage client-facing technical strategy.
This is a highly technical, hands-on, and focused on automation, systems, and endpoint/device management. The right candidate is a strong communicator who can interface with client stakeholders while also rolling up their sleeves to script, automate, and optimize operations.

Client-Facing Technical Leadership
- Manage >10 enterprise ITAM client relationships, acting as technical lead.
- Lead daily client strategy calls and handle high-level escalations.
- Communicate effectively with client systems administrators, networking teams, and security/firewall groups.
- Build and manage requests for macOS, iOS, and Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, MDT, or similar endpoint management tools.
- Own escalated troubleshooting when device imaging or deployment fails.
- Mentor junior technical staff on methodologies and scripting best practices.
- Develop PowerShell, Command Prompt, or other scripts to automate imaging, deployments, and installations.
- Standardize processes across multiple client environments to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Partner with the internal fulfillment/depot team (15+ members) to streamline workflows.
- Build processes and automations that make ITAM operations more resilient (“bus-proof”).
- Work within ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platform) to optimize internal workflows (ServiceNow customization experience is a plus).
- Apply strong systems administration fundamentals across enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot and advise on networking basics (firewalls, domains, traffic tracing).
- Proven experience in MDM/endpoint management (Intune preferred).
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, automation mindset required).
- Solid systems administration background (Windows/macOS/iOS).
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience mentoring or guiding technical peers a plus.
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM exposure preferred.
